Job description

As an addition to our HR team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly "behind the scenes". Together with our HR Business Partner you deal with all HR-related matters and take over your own responsibilities for our HR services. During daily business you effectively prioritise tasks, keep our administration in shape and contribute with your expertise to key projects. As a professional, you bring the well-being of employees in line with company goals through a determined, organisational approach.

Your areas of responsibility

  • Responsibility for HR services along the entire employee life cycle, e.g. creating contracts, maintaining data or setting up new policies
  • Actively contribute to company guidelines and policies with a clear view on legal regulations and changes 
  • Continuous communication with employees, authorities, our payroll and other external partners
  • Supporting the optimisation of HR processes and participating in Employer Branding efforts 
  • Active involvement in various (cross-departmental) projects as well as maintaining our HR knowledge base 
  • Organising team events such as regular team and company events
  • Support in recruiting, e.g. creating job advertisements, selecting applicants, conducting interviews, onboarding

Job requirements

  • You have 1 years of experience in HR administration, a relevant degree or comparable professional experience
  • As an organisational talent you can prioritise and organise your working day in a flexible manner
  • You work independently and solution-oriented to get the best out of every situation 
  • The combination of strong communication skills and a strategic view describes you best
  • You enjoy working with people and enjoy working on reoccurring yet multiple tasks  
  • Lastly, you are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
