Associate Manager Travel (m/f/d)

In your new role you will collaborate closely with the Head of Travel as well as the team to execute strategies aimed at expanding our Travel and Glamping units. With your expertise you guide the team to their next success within the world of MotoGP and Formula 1.

Your areas of responsibility

• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and reducing costs.

• Optimize and oversee customer communication strategies across all channels to ensure an amazing customer experience.

• Enhance user experience on our website and other digital platforms to increase conversion rates and drive revenue

• Guide our Travel and Glamping units through their expansion by e.g., growing profitable events or creating new product offers

• Ensure our teams reach their objectives by empowering and motivating them

• Lead or participate in internal and external projects to improve Global-Tickets Online Presence

• You have a degree in Business, Tourism or Leisure

• As a lead you have at least 2-4 years of experience in a comparable field and first experiences in leadership

• Through a detailed and critical view on the customer journey you ensure an immaculate experience

• Two of your favorite professional fields are tourism and sales

• With purchasing and contract negotiations you feel comfortable

• Especially when it comes to a hectic situations you keep an overview and demonstrate a cool head and quick decision-making

• With strong communication skills you adapt to different situations and an international environment with ease

• You strive for win-win situations with you team members and empower others

• You have a personal interest in Motorsports and leadership

• English fluency is key while an additional language is a plus (German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch)
