Your Application Process
Screening
The screening gives us an insight into your qualifications and experience. By carefully reviewing your documents, we ensure that you meet the basic requirements for the position.
First interview
In the first interview, we want to get to know you as a person as well as answer questions about your experience and make sure that we speak the same language on the most important points.
Harrison evaluation
The Harrison test is a two-way evaluation. In essence it shows the extent to which reciprocal needs and expectations are met and important characteristics match a position.
Second interview
In the second interview, it's time to get to know the Team Lead and our HR Business Partner. We go into more detail about professional skills, the fit with the team and tell you more about day-to-day business and Global-Tickets.
Offer
Once you have successfully completed all the stages, we will come back to you with an offer!
Other stages
Depending on the position, we also offer the possibility of a trial day or ask for a work sample. If this is the case, we will let you know during the initial interview.
