As a Business Controller, you’ll be at the forefront to strategically guide our product portfolio. Through a continuous assessment of our product offerings you predict and advise on product developments and support our business development actively. Ultimately, your insights and business know-how will drive key decisions and ensure long-term profitability.

Your areas of responsibility
Collaboration with business units to create, optimise, and forecast business cases for products and events in order to ensure our profitability
Analysis of our products finances and provision of actionable recommendations to drive margin improvements
Delivering accurate forecasts for our internal reporting as well as creating departmental budgets to support and improve our overall financial planning
Proactive support to projects to ensure seamless integration and information of stakeholders thereby also supporting new business initiatives
Presentation of clear and comprehensive financial reports to key stakeholders
Job requirements
You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, giving you a solid educational foundation
With 3-5 years of experience in finance or controlling roles, you’ve gained the expertise needed to make informed decisions
Numbers are your strength, and you deliver insights and recommendations through in-depth financial analysis to our business units
Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, allowing you to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly across teams
Highly assertive and confident in setting boundaries for teams—something you do with ease
Excel is your playground, and you’re highly skilled with financial tools for analysis and reporting
Managing multiple projects simultaneously is something you've handled successfully, balancing priorities with ease
Proficiency in English and Dutch is a must, while German is always beneficial
