As the right hand to our Head of Motorsport&Travel, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of sales strategies. In your new role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the expansion of a rapidly growing company in the Ticketing, Travel, VIP, and Glamping sectors. With your help, we continue to build a high-performing, motivated team while ensuring our business units achieve their goals.

Your areas of responsibility
Collaborating on negotiations for new travel affiliate deals with circuits and platforms
Acquiring new event/series partners and maintaining existing relationships
Re-negotiating contracts with our global partners to boost Global-Tickets international expansion
Actively supporting the creation of sales forecasts, and managing our budgets to ensure our long-term profitability
Monitoring pivotal KPIs and deriving actional recommendations for our Head of Motorsport&Travel in order to achieve our strategic goals
This position entails a cross-departmental role focused on transforming strategic business opportunities into actionable initiatives
Job requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Tourism and/or E-Commerce
You have 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce, ticketing or tourism environment
Proven ability to build and manage partnerships,
You have a focus on identifying new business opportunities and enjoy leveraging them
With (contract) negotiations you feel extremely comfortable
Excellent Excel skills bring your affinity for analysis and numbers to life
You strive for win-win situations with your team members and empower others
You have a personal interest in the Motorsports world
Fluent English as well as a business proficiency in one additional language is required (e.g., Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, French)
