We’re looking for an Operational Product Manager Travel who loves to plan, organise and deliver smooth and exciting travel experiences for our customers.

In this exciting role, you’ll coordinate and optimise travel arrangements for international guests attending Formula 1 and MotoGP events! You make sure that everything, from hotel bookings and bus transfers to active on-site support, goes according to plan. In addition, you keep an eye on the online experience and ensure that our customers have a smooth booking process. Nothing should stand between them and their dream adventure!

If you’re organised, proactive, and obsessed with delivering unforgettable moments – this role Global-Tickets is for you!

Your Impact

  • Travel planning & execution: Plan and coordinate travel events from A to Z, ensuring every detail runs reliably.

  • Partner & logistics management: Manage our key travel partners and coordinate the logistics – from hotel bookings and rooming lists to transfers – you ensure an excellent guest experience.

  • Webshop performance: Monitor the online travel section for your events to ensure smooth e-commerce functionality, usability, and provide continuous booking availability.

  • On-site Excellence: Join our guests on-site to lead event delivery and ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable experience.

  • Optimise our customer experience: Continuously contribute to optimising our travel experiences with exceptional service quality to retain customers.

Job requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel, events, or related industries

  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with a high attention to detail

  • In the high-season you remain cool-headed and organised as you are comfortable with dynamic, high-paced environments

  • You are highly service-oriented and excited about traveling to different locations in and around Europe.

  • A proactive mindset paired with a hands-on mentality.

  • Fluency in English is a must, while additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a plus.

 What awaits you

  • Direct Influence on Our Growth: Work in an ambitious environment and actively shape our e-commerce strategies to further expand our leading position in motorsports.

  • International Team Culture: An international team that values cohesion and self-responsibility, with short decision-making paths, events and after-works.

  • Flexible Work Model: Start your day flexibly and work in a hybrid model – your work-life balance matters.

  • Training and Development: Annual budget for further training and direct support from our management.

  • Exclusive Experiences & Networking: Access to Formula 1 & MotoGP, and annual workations for creative ideas and team-building.

  • Modern Work Environment: State-of-the-art equipment and an office with space for interaction and relaxation – including a gaming room, gym, and restaurant with a terrace.
