In your new role, you'll play a pivotal role in actively enhancing the online presence of a growing e-commerce player! Through new sales strategies, the optimization of product presentations and data insights you create positive impact and actively contribute to our profitability and success.

Your areas of responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive online sales across our product portfolio.
Implement standards/best practices for product presentation to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Lead or support projects derived from user feedback to implement e.g., new features or templates in our shop.
Monitor website performance and sales metrics to identify data-driven improvements.
Follow international best practices and conduct market analysis.
Actively collaborate with our product, development and marketing teams
Job requirements
- At least 3 years experience experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
Knowledge about multilingual shops, CRO or UX is required
With strong analytical skills you interpret data for actionable recommendations.
Especially when it comes to details you have a critical view on the status quo
You enjoy daily cross-functional communication and listening to user needs
You assert yourself the ability to be firm but respectful
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
You are fluent in English and German
