Your Impact

As a Recruitment Intern, you will play an important role within our HR team. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience from day one – you will actively support our recruitment activities and gain valuable insights into modern HR processes.

• Collaborate closely with our recruiter throughout the entire recruitment process

• Write and publish job postings on various platforms

• Screen incoming CVs and coordinate interview appointments

• Actively search for potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn

• Work with modern recruitment tools and HR systems

• Contribute your own ideas to improve and develop creative recruiting strategies

You will receive guidance and support from our team while also having the freedom to take initiative. We value curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn – because personal growth is an important part of this internship.

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• With your sales mindset and a sense for details you strongly support our daily business

• Fluency in English and either Dutch or German skills are required

• You work independently and enjoy being part of a team
