Product Owner, you operate at the interface between Product, Purchase and Sales of motorsport tickets – with direct impact on our portfolio, customer experience and commercial growth.

We’re currently in the midst of a strategic transformation: from traditional ticket provider to a data-driven e-commerce company with exclusive proprietary products and an international premium target group. Your Impact

  • Ownership of a Motorsport Event Portfolio: Manage a selection of international motorsport events – with a clear commercial focus.

  • Purchasing Responsibility: Negotiate ticket stocks with partners and take additional services into account (e.g., Glamping, VIP packages, etc.).

  • Partnership Management: Actively maintain and further develop our partnerships with racetracks and distributors.

  • Event Administration: Ensure accurate maintenance, management and processing of critical event data in collaboration with our Logistics, Support and Finance Teams.

  • Pricing & Margin: Independently set pricing and optimize margins based on data-driven analyses.

  • Performance Analysis: Take ownership of KPIs such as revenue, conversion, cart value and ROI – based on clear target areas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our e-commerce, marketing and support teams to ensure the optimal presentation and performance of your events.

Your Top 3 Goals

  1. Portfolio Ownership: Within the first 3 months, you manage your event portfolio independently based on a KPI-driven logic.

  2. Drive Growth: In your first 6 months, you identify new opportunities and contribute structured and well-founded ideas to improve product and sales performance.

  3. Increase Profitability: You achieve initial commercial results (e.g. through margin, conversion rate, ROI) and begin to specialize (e.g. pricing, purchasing, digital sales).

Job requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in ticketing, tourism, live entertainment or e-commerce

  • You have proven successes in sales or in optimizing operational (ticketing) processes

  • A high degree of self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking

  • You are a team player who inspires others and seeks win-win situations

  • A passion for (motor)sports or live events

  • Excellent English skills are required; additional European languages are a plus (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch)
