Are you ready to make a real difference in the event industry?

We’re looking for a passionate Production Manager who combines technical expertise with strong organizational skills to contribute to the flawless execution of our Premium Glamping and VIP Events in the world of Formula 1 and MotoGP. 

For the Global-Tickets Villages and Mavericks Clubs across Europe you take full technical ownership on site, select and coordinate handpicked suppliers (e.g. sanitation, electricity, logistics), and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Your work is what makes a real difference and - together with the team - you guarantee that our customers get the unforgettable experience they came for.

As part of our events team, you will work closely with your peers, our logistics and external partners and bring clarity into every production phase. From the first material check to the final dismantling -  we can count on you!

Are you ready?

Your Area of Impact

  • Supplier management & contract negotiations: Selection, briefing, and coordination of external service providers (e.g. sanitation, electricity, catering, transport, etc.) to successfully deliver our events.

  • Selection, purchasing and rental of products, materials, and equipment: Responsibility for selecting and sourcing tents, mattresses, sanitary facilities, and possible rental of technical equipment (e.g. cranes, tools, etc.) in collaboration with our logistics partner.

  • Production planning & supervision: Creating, coordinating, and overseeing production plans for the setup and dismantling phases – including the delivery coordination based on agreed upon timelines.

  • On-site technical responsibility: Ensuring flawless technical execution on-site – including coordination of all machines, tools, and external partners used during the event.

  • Safety management: Ensuring all safety regulations and legal requirements are met during the entire setup, event, and dismantling phases.

Your Top 3 Goals

  1. Flawless production execution:
    You coordinate and monitor all deliveries, suppliers, and technical details for all four of our Global-Tickets Villages.

  2. Technical excellence:
    You ensure the event infrastructure (tents, machinery, equipment, etc.) of all events is fully functional and operates without issues.

  3. Highest safety & quality standards:
    Through proper planning you guarantee that our events meet safety and quality standards – even under pressure.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. event production, stage construction, outdoor productions, festivals, etc.)

  • Solid expertise in coordinating technical setups, service providers, and production planning

  • A structured working style with a high sense of responsibility

  • You’re hands-on and solution-oriented – and we can fully rely on you during high season!

  • Experience with machinery, equipment, and supply chain logistics

  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to solve problems on the spot

  • Good knowledge of CAD, and Monday.com (or comparable project management and design tools) are a plus

  • A strong command in Excel is required 

  • Driving license (Class B) required, forklift license is a plus

  • Fluent in English; additional languages like German, Polish, Italian, Romanian or other east-european languages are a strong advantage.
