That’s why Global-Tickets is seeking new talent: We need a Project Manager to develop and scale professionally, in collaboration with Events, the Global-Tickets Villages and the Mavericks Club at major motorsport events across Europe.

You will attend international race weekends and shape the structures that make our events plannable, scalable, and economically successful. Beyond driving back-office operations, you will lead the team in creating the production plans, milestones and structured processes to make our European events formats reliable across Europe.

You translate complex event requirements into clear production and project structures with your excellent ability to organize, prioritize and communicate clearly. You ensure the seamless interlocking of planning, production, and execution. This involves coordinating both internal teams, including logistics (MSZ), ticketing, travel, CRM, and finance, and external partners and service providers.

Your Impact

  • Product & Production Planning: You actively contribute to the structured planning of new events. Therefore, among other things, you will be responsible for preparing production plans for the on-site Production Leads. This includes the selection and negotiation with service providers, as well as budget planning for individual events.

  • Milestone & Interface Management: You will efficiently coordinate and prioritize internal and external interfaces, including our logistics (MSZ), ticketing, travel, CRM, and finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Also, you are responsible for establishing project milestones.

  • Performance Review & Continuous Improvement: You support continuous budget activities, improve our event structures and systematically integrate relevant learnings into future planning.

  • Project & Process Structure: You actively work on the further development of our project and process structures for our VIP and glamping events and establish clear standards that make our events scalable across Europe.

  • Maintenance of Sales Channels & E-Commerce Excellence: Together with our CRM team, you ensure excellent digital product presentation and keep our offering and available booking capacities up to date for our customers.

  3. Laying the foundation for scaling: Through clear structures, robust production plans and transparent processes, will our events become replicable models across Europe with stable economic performance.

Job requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in event production, event operations, or hospitality events;

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., monday.com);

  • A structured and organized working style with strong planning skills;

  • The ability to confidently manage multiple projects and set clear priorities;

  • A solid understanding of event, production, or logistical processes;

  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus;

  • A hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach to work;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams;

  • Fluency in English is required; German, Dutch, Polish, or Romanian are an advantage.
